Click & Collect is free of charge, we will notify you as soon as your order is ready, then it will be up to you when you decide to come in and collect your items from our shop. Our Address is as follows:

Standard Delivery

Signed Delivery- Deliveries take 3-5 working days (Excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays). £4.85

We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this.

Deliveries to the following locations may take up to two working days longer:

• The Scottish Highlands & Islands

• The Isle of Wight

• The Isle of Man

ROI Standard Delivery- Deliveries take 3-5 working days (Excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays). £6.50.

International Delivery

Europe- Allow up to 10 working days £15.50.

Returns

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase from 14th Avenue, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of your order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and labels attached (not removed).

If you wish to return an item please contact us straight away prior to returning any goods,

Please include your name, order number and reason for return.

You will be contacted by email once your order has been approved for return which will include a unique returns number. Please include this number on the space provided on the returns sheet and include with parcel to be sent back.

  • We recommend all returns are sent by recorded delivery service.

  • 14th Avenue does not accept liability for any lost or damaged goods in the post

  • Returns made without a returns number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refunds will be made from the original method of payment

  • We do not accept liability for the length of time for banks to process these refunds

Refunds on Orders which contain Free Shipping.

We are happy to offer FREE shipping to customers who spend over the threshold of £50 or €80. For example, UK all orders £50 or more qualify for Free shipping and ROI all orders over €80 qualify for Free shipping.

However, if a customer returns goods bringing their transaction value below the Free Shipping threshold, then that order will not qualify for free shipping. As a result, a delivery charge will be applied, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

For example: –

  • If a customer buys 2 items at £25 each then this would total £50 so they would qualify for Free Shipping
  • However, if the customer Returns one of the items and keeps the other, then their spend would be £25. Therefore, they do not now qualify for Free Shipping and a delivery charge of £4.85 would be applied.
  • Therefore, on refunding the item which is being refunded the £4.85 will be deducted and the refund amount would be £20.15.
  • After the return has been done the customer will have been charged £29.85. (£25 for the item and £4.85 for delivery)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
