RETURNS-

Returning Items to 14th Avenue Step 1: Please send us an email to inform us of your item(s) that you would like to return:

14thavenuedungannon@gmail.com – within 14 days of receiving your item(s)

Step 2: Print out and fill in the returns form and enclose it with your return CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE RETURNS FORM.

Step 3: Return your item(s) in their original packaging and with ALL the labels still attached. Return Address- 1A Irish Street, Dungannon, Northern Ireland, BT71 6JW

You are responsible for the return postal charges and we would advise you to return the item(s) by a recorded delivery service with a signature/tracking required on receipt of the delivery.

We do not accept liability for any returned goods which have got lost or damaged in the post.

REFUNDS-

How soon will I get my refund? We will send you an email as soon as we have processed your return.

This can take 3-5 working days to appear in your account and the refund can only be issued back to your original payment method. We have the right to refuse a refund- if the tags have been removed, if the item is damaged, looks like it’s been worn or if the item has make up/ tan stains. In these circumstances the customer will need to arrange collection of item(s)/ incur additional delivery charges.
